We were on vacation when we found out our son-in-law’s mother had passed away. With the funeral in Florida I did a search on florists closest to the funeral home and Westchester Flowers came to the top of the list. A quick phone call and a few quick texts and we had our arrangement picked out and paid for in less than a half hour. Omar provided excellent customer service with his responsive texts and questions and sent me a photo of the arrangement before delivering. I called them early morning and they were extremely helpful in helping me create a beautiful bouquet for my girlfriend. It was delivered later that day. I got a photo of the flowers and my girlfriend was thrilled with what they created. I highly recommend them and will only use them going forward.

I made this order from out of state. I called several places before I met Didi. She was an absolute pleasure and made my experience wonderful. She took a lot of time with me and helped me pic the perfect arrangement. They were stunning. I will absolutely order again!

Wonderful work and customer service. I am on the other coast and was looking to have a funeral spray done in the shape of the starfleet insignia for a funeral in Miami. The team worked with me in helping realize this. They had great communication regarding the details and asked for my input to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. It came out beyond my expectations and the family was happy to see one of their loved one's favorite things showcased in such a lovely way.

I never write a review but I had to for Westchester Flower. My friend was getting married in Miami and wanted a simple bouquet of baby's breath. Westchester was the only store who gave me a quote via message on Yelp without making me call them. They made it so easy and delivered the bouquet on Sunday even though they are usually closed. Great customer service and great price. I really appreciate their honest and wonderful service. Thank you for taking care of me.
